Kind of sad to look back on a whole week with no entry whatsoever - was much needed though.  Got good rest and hopefully a good recovery.  Went out tonight with the 2 year old in the stroller.  Weather is so pleasant now for evening running - even a little chill with a sleeveless shirt.

Felt good though, ran low 7's and one sub 7.

Easy morning run - actually had a little soreness in my left foot presumably from last nights run.  Not too worried about it though.

Shoreline trail to the aqueduct road & back up this am, just kept it a little short.

Ran the bridge loop the normal route.  Really do love that loop - plus it is a great barometer run.  Felt very good. Some soreness in the left foot but everything else feels great.

Just me & T - relived our Wasatch runs this am.

Easy run this am - shoreline down to aqueduct road.  Me & T - still have some soreness in left ankle/arch.  Hopefully it clears up soon.

Didn't manage to get in a run today.  Planned on working one in sometime in afternoon but it didn't work out.

Got in a great bike ride though - B & I rode around the point of the mountain past Cabela's & up through Highland then over the backside of Suncrest.  Was still early in the morning so it wasn't too hot, but legs felt great.  Haven't ridden this in sometime so was pleased the lungs & legs cooperated.  Will definitely start riding more after SG.
