| Slow, cold morning run. I don't know what other people up in SLC are saying but it is just cold! There is a ton of snow and ice you have to watch out for. 3 separate runs today:
3.5 (ish) this morning - 14 degree cold, cold snow run up the Corner Canyon road to the lower pipeline. Just an out and back, but we stayed to the shallow snow so most all of it was runnable.
3.12 (ish) evening - nice easy road run with a friend. Very comfortable. Tried to not get hit by all the Super Tuesdayers
3.15 evening - wanted some more after the earlier run. Wife said I could go out for 20 more minutes so I really ramped it up. It felt so good - averaged 6:29. | | Add Comment |
