| Track workout early this morning. Short warmup, passing drills then 400, 800, 400, 800, 400 with a 400 rest in between. Finished with 2 all out 200's which I had never done before in my life before today. The first was good but the second was more like a 125 for me. Then cool down. Came home and rode for 42 mins on the bike for 15.5 miles. Gotta get ready for next baseline fitness test on 12/26. |
